- Title: Image Analysis Hub: an Open-Access and Equal-Access Core Facility in BioImage Analysis
- Abstract: The Image Analysis Hub is an open-access and equal-access core facility committed to sharing bioimage analysis expertise with the scientific community. It aims to collaborate with scientists to develop customized analysis pipelines and specific tools to alleviate the bottlenecks of quantitative imaging in biomedical projects, and to deploy a cutting-edge technology landscape in image analysis. Our expertise covers a rich and growing spectrum of computational approaches, from image processing and analysis to artificial intelligence, computational pathology, and spatial omics analysis. These capabilities are applied across diverse imaging modalities, including both light and electron microscopy. The Image Analysis Hub has become a highly cross-cutting core facility, supporting about 50 different research units every year across the 13 departments of Institut Pasteur. This talk will walk you through our core activities, showcase selected collaborative projects and highlight the latest developments in our bioimage analysis software.
